Santa is Coming to Marietta!

Kick off the holiday season with a favorite annual tradition. Join your friends the City of Marietta’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting with Santa’s Arrival at the Square! The fun begins on Thursday, December 4 with performances by local choirs, an ugly holiday sweater parade, then Santa will make his grand entrance to help the Mayor and the City of Marietta light the Christmas tree! Glover Park transforms into a winter wonderland for the entire month of December with festive trees, lights, and displays showcasing the spirit of the season. 

On December 5, Santa moves into the Marietta History Center for the remainder of the season, where the beloved Hadley’s Photography team will be ready to capture family memories. Schedule a five-minute photo op for a quick visit or a 25 minute “Magical Moments” session to enjoy story time, crafts, milk, and cookies. Reservations are required.
