ASW’s Winterville School of Gin is a one of a kind experience designed for gin lovers and newcomers! Class begins with a welcome Gin & Tonic as our head clear spirits distiller, Jerry McCall, teaches the history of gin and its production. You will then get a behind-the-scenes tour of our newest production center and see the hybrid column-pot still where we make our award-winning vodka and gin.

Class concludes with an interactive workshop. Here, you will select the botanicals you want included in your custom recipe in order to create your very own gin! You’ll even label and seal the bottle yourself.

Price per person is $100 For an additional $25 at checkout, add a partner with whom you can share the experience and your custom bottle. You can even add a bottle of Winterville Gin to compare your individually crafted gin to ours.
