Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) is a 4-day celebration of Japanese culture, anime (animation), and manga (comics), with a dash of general pop-culture that takes place at the Cobb Galleria Centre and Renaissance Waverly Hotel. AWA features some of the biggest live bands from Japan, anime premieres, indusry announcements, panels, fashion shows, voice actors, artists, and cosplays from across the USA.

Not only do they have all that, this event also has a free-to-play arcade, tabletop gaming, video game tournaments, and a massive exhibit hall filled with anime vendors and artists.

This year’s Anime Weekend will be held on October 26 – 29.
