The 8th Annual Black Music Honors returns to Atlanta with co-hosts, actress LeToya Luckett and comedian DeRay Davis. In celebration of legendary artists who have contributed to the playlist of the African American soundtrack. Honoring: Missy Elliott, SWV, Jeffrey Osborne and more with live performances by Robin Thicke, 702, Tweet, Lil Mo, Kenny Lattimore, Raheem DeVaughn, Dave Hollister, Donnie McClurkin, Zacardi Cortez and more!

The live television taping takes place on Friday, May 19, at 6:30 p.m. at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in recognition of Black Music Month.
