One Book, One City is a citywide literary event that encourages members of the Powder Springs community to read the same book at the same time. This is a joint venture between the City of Powder Springs, the Book Worm Bookstore, and the Powder Springs Public Library. Through reading and discussing one book, we hope to help bring the community closer together and to make reading a lifelong pursuit.

The book selected this year is The Overnights: An Ashe Cayne Novel by Dr. Ian K. Smith.

The City of Powder Springs encourages everyone in our community to read The Overnights and join them on April 13 at 6:00 pm for an author talk and community-wide book discussion. Dr. Smith will be giving insights about his book, and will open up questions to the audience for discussion. He will also be available to sign copies of his books.
